Chair Exercises
As per the work culture of the present time, most of us are consistently sitting on the chair for hours. The increasing workload and pressure of meeting deadlines rarely give a chance to get up until nature calls. This kind of lifestyle has brought many health-related problems in people’s lives. As your body remains in the same position for long hours, the joints and muscles are inactive. Even the little time you are left with after the work has other priorities associated with it. Thus, exercise does not fit into the hectic daily urban forms. To provide a solution to the problem, some easy exercises given below, can be practiced while sitting on a chair.

Easy Chair Exercises

Neck:
The neck exercise proper spine in a sitting position. Now, extend your neck muscles by pulling them back. Begin to move them in broad circular movements. Do this for a few seconds

Back / stomach:
For the back and stomach, sitting just in front and raise both your arms. Now, slowly stretch your back while lowering and raising your chin. Hold position and gradually return to its original position.

Shoulders:
For working with your shoulders in a sitting position, slightly bending your elbows. Now slowly rotate your shoulders in clockwise and counterclockwise direction.

Weapons:
For arms, sit and relax. Loosen your hands and arms. After a while, shake them up, turning them from front to rear and side to side.

Chest:
For the chest, sitting on a chair and bend your back against it. While lying back, smooth your weapon down. Hold position for a second and come back to the original position. Now, repeat the process by bending your upper body forward.

Ankles:
On ankles, put your feet together easily and hold them high. Now, stretch them out for yourself, and then release.

This flu which is actually a variant of the simple Influenza A(H1N1) has samples of pig and bird influenza which makes it really dangerous as the human body is not having any immune resistance to this disease. Moreover due to the unavailability of resistance in the human body there is a chance of this virus spreading pretty easily and become pandemic which can cause colossal destruction across the globe.So the coming months would decide whether its just a sporadic decide which has a short life or turns the other way round.

Since this disease is pandemic it can spread in various ways like liquid emitted through sneezing or coughing,through contact with people already affected with this disease.But it’s been confirmed that the virus has a short life which atleast is a comforting factor.After some research Anti Flu medications such as Tamiflu and Relenza are being given to the people affected to create resistance against the disease or to come out of it.

The early symptoms of this disease are
- fever with high cough
- cold
- headache
- body aches
- sore throat
- running nose
- fatigue

In the advanced stages

- Having trouble breathing
- Change in skin color to Grey or Blue
- Inability to consume enough liquids
- Continuous vomiting

All of us watching these movies through pirated DVD’s or through internet should ask our conscience atleast once that if some else is plucking away our bread and running away, would we be quiet then why should we give such a treatment to these film guys who make so many superb and entertaining films for us.

Hey what’s wrong with the Kolkata boys? Why are they flopping it to this extent? Failures and success are pretty usual in any game, but here victory seems a distant dream like touching the peak of Mt Everest. I think it is due to inaccurate perceptions of these useless and egoistic Australian coaches who are spoiling everything around them.

First it was the case of that useless guy from Australia who is i think pet named “Chappal”, but isn’t even worth that. He single handedly destroyed the reputation of the Indian team and Dada as well. Now it’s the turn of another loser in the form “bookha Naan” as he is called in fakeiplplayer.

Shahrukh it’s high time you understand that “Dada” is your best choice at the moment for reinstating confidence in your team and at least make it feel like a team more than anything. Dude don’t ever forget that he was the one who changed the attitude of Indian Cricket and defined the word aggression which changed the phase of Indian cricket and another thing you would have to do would be throwing out that useless “bhookha naan” out and put a coach in consultation with Dada.

The essence of any team is an able leader and the non-interference of investors into matters they are oblivious about. Which I think Shahrukh will at least realize now. I think McCullum under the pressure of captaincy has succumbed and has not performed at all.

In my appeal to the Kolkata Knight Rider’s team reinstate DADA and make every decision as per his advice. That would surely bring about a change in the team’s fortune.
