American Ministry of Finance announced on Monday the details of a plan which would encourage private investors to help the local banks to get relieved from problematic assets.

The Government will generously appropriate support to public-private investment program, in which the ministry will pay 75 to 100 billion dollars from an existing fund to save banks, which the U.S. Congress approved last fall.

While the ministry, together with private investors decided to provide initial funds for the program, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporations (FDIC) and the Central American Bank Fed will be involved in the offer of additional funds.

According to one component of the plan, the ministry will provide up to 80 percent of initial capital, in parallel with the investment of private funds. FDIC would then need to provide debt financing worth up to six times greater than the amount in the fund.

Within the specific components of the plan of U.S. central bank Fed would expand credit program TALF, worth 200 billion dollars, to 1000 billion, and begin to accept as credit guarantees older securities based on mortgage and other securities.

In addition, the ministry will appoint up to five managers for asset management, with documented good results, which will buy securities. These managers will receive a specific deadline for raising private capital and the same will amount enclosed ministry. These would be funds from banks to buy securities that they wish to solve.

American Minister of Finance considers that his plan will help determine the price for problematic assets, remaining after the breakdown of U.S. real estate markets.

New tabs open displaying multiple links (pages you’ve recently closed), an InPrivate Browsing session (generally called “porn mode”) and an “Accelerator” that allows you to grab content from a Web page.

This version of IE allows you to perform certain tasks, like sending e-mail through a Web-based service, or do a search. Every single tab is isolated from the other tabs, so if any one of the tab crashes, the entire browser doesn’t crash. You can also restore the crashed tab, and when you do it, it reloads with the information that it had when it crashed, such as a half written e-mail. With all this features Microsoft’s IE8 is all set to bring Bill back into the market.

Ingredients:

Group 1

(Soak and mash together)

• Finely chopped china grass - 10gms
• Hot water - 1 ½ cups

Group 2

(Mix Together)

• Tender coconut water - ½ cup
• Finely cut tender coconut pulp - ½ cup
• Condensed milk - ½ cup
• Fresh milk - ¼ cup
• Fresh cream - ½ cup
• Vanilla essence - few drops

Group 3

• Sugar - ½ cup

Group 4

• Grated milk chocolate bar - 1
• Roasted , sliced almonds - 10

Method of Preparation:

1.       Mix Group -1 together in vessel and allow it to soak for 10 minutes. Mash it in a mixer grinder.

2.       Mix Group - 2 ingredients separately in a vessel and keep aside.

3.       Take group -1 in a large micro wave bowl and on micro-on-high for 7 minutes stirring once in between.

4.       Add Group -3 and micro-on-high for another 2 minutes.

5.       Mix well for the sugar to dissolve and pour it in the vessel in which Group -2 is kept .Stir evenly and gently.

6.       Transfer to a decorative glass dish and allow it to get set.

7.       Decorate with Group - 4 ingredients and serve chilled.

Soaking time - 10 minutes

Preparation time - 7 minutes

Cooking time - 9 minutes

Standing Time - 1 minute

Setting Time - 10 minutes

Yield - 15 servings
