For all those fitness freaks who wanna have a really fantastic life and a fit body here are a few fitness tips..

Lot of us feel that hitting the gym for hours together can really change our body . But this isn’t true coz the shape and strength of your body is not defined by external physical exercise alone, actually overdoing of it will ruin the rhythm of your body.So it is very necessary to maintain a harmony between the internal and the external aspects of our body..

The two things that helps in keeping our body fit are

- Exercise (gym,yoga,aerobics)

- Food

So first speaking on exercise , as i said going to gym and building some muscles alone is not keeping fit..To be fit means having your body under control which is achieved through yoga and meditation apart from hitting the gym.Doin yoga brings the rhytm from the inner parts of your body not only that it also set rights various important processes in our body such as heartbeat ,bloodpressure etc

Steps to do yoga…

-first of all start with the breathing exercises like Pranayama and do it for 2min..

-then slowly move on to exercises in your shoulder, chest and upper torso..

-then slowly move down to the lower parts and the legs… don’t forget to relax for 2 min in total “shavasan” after the exercise which is very important.

Doing meditation helps you control your mind ..

-This is done by sittin with ya legs crossed and then close your eyes..

-Initially you would experience an unusual amount of darkness but then things would start clearing up..

-Stop thinking about everything for a few moments and just concentrate on an imaginary point around the center of your vision.

-Keep this as your destination and try to move towards it.. Practice this for 15 minutes and then see the change ..you will feel a large amount of freshness and energy in yourself ..

Coming to food:

- Stop eating junk food which neither have nutrients in them and also are the primary reason for saturated fats.

-Always eat limited food at scheduled times…. dont over eat or skip meals this causes an imbalance in your food cycle.

-other than it avoid food not to be eaten as per the individual’s body condition’s..

Yoga is becoming a very popular curing method for most of the ailments that affect humans today. Asthma is also one among them and it can also be controlled and even can be cured completely with the help of yoga. There are various breathing techniques that would control this affliction, some of the most popular techniques are Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma, this involves a combination of shallow and deep breaths which would initiate a healthy rhythm of breathing that would continue even during sleep.

These breathing exercises are generally combined with different yoga postures like Suryabheda, Ujjayi and Pada Hasthasana which will help the body to regain the natural inner harmony of it for complete healthy functioning. These are generally easy postures such as simple shoulder lifts that complement the breathing exercises.

When you start doing yoga to combat asthma you will be observing a drastic improvement almost immediately. But you are advised not to change or stop your medication what the doctor has prescribed just because that you felt better. Consult your doctor before changing your medication or stop it as your decision might not be correct.

In most of the cases the breathing and yoga exercises would absolutely free you from all symptoms of asthma within a week’s time. However, in order to eliminate any chance for asthma to revert back, you should keep on practicing yoga asanas and the breathing exercises that you found suitable for your health condition.
